How do I register?

To register, Click REGISTER to fill the registration form. When you have filled the registration form, you can then move over to the LOGIN page to enter the username and password used in registering to access your account.

I forgot my password. What should i do?

If you forget your password, all you have to do is click on FORGOT PASSWORD to access the forgot password page. If this doesn't work for you then you can contact the admin.

Are documents required for account registration?

No documents are required for account registration. Nonetheless, in some cases, account verification may be necessary, for which scan copies of 2 documents are provided – a photo ID and a proof of residence as entered in the trading account registration form.

How do I log in to the Trader’s Office?

The Trader’s Office is located at LOGIN, or you can use “Log In” in the top right corner of the company website. To access the Trader’s Office, enter the login (username) and the trader’s password.

How can I make an investment?

Login into your account, click on "Account Deposit" from the menu. Choose a plan, enter invest amount and click on invest. Copy wallet address to your bitcoin app and make payment of invest amount and click on "confirm invest" to confirm your deposit.

My deposit has not been confirmed. How do i rectify this?

How long are withdrawal requests processed?

Withdrawal requests are processed immediately as it is received. Every bitcoin transaction requires up to 6 confirmations before you can receive it in your bitcoin wallet.
